Without doubt the worst delivery company in the UK. How they sustain their business
is quite astonishing, given that they singularly fail to 'do what it says on the tin' time
after time. I've lost count of the amount of times I've been awaiting delivery of an item
only for them to fail to deliver it to my door but yet, mysteriously, they manage to
leave a card saying 'You weren't in' or some such buck-passing sh!te. I have to then
head up to their depot to pick it up, which means they're effectively getting paid for
FUK ALL.

Bunch of fecking charaltans.

We were sorry that you were in when our delivery driver sneaked up the stairs with his slippers on holding his breath and used all his skill learned by managing to slip this postcard through your letterbox without making a sound. Useless BASTURTS!

I phoned them on Friday and gave them my flat position and mobile number
but this info "wasn't passed onto the driver" so my parcel's spent the day riding
around in some fukwits van whilst I've waited in all day for it's delivery. Now I have
to their depot to collect it - YET A-FUKKIN-GAIN.

I'm expecting an invite to their xmas party, the amount of times I've been up there...
