The plan is to explore the remains of 2 places. The first being Glasgow Zoo, second being the Mount Vernon greyhound track.
Proposed meeting time is Midday at central station, Gordon st entrance. Prompt arrival advised as we'll be getting the quarter past 12 train.
Suitable cross country urban exploring clothing advised

Alas not. Bothy business on Saturday.  Look forward to seeing the photos especially of the greyhound track as I've never been there. Hopefully this wonder could run again sometime

Great idea! I'd love to go on this, Stu, but I'm already booked on the River Kelvin walk over at the other place.

That one was well advertised...

I'm a "don't know" for this at the minute. Will advise nearer the time.

Count me in on this one... What station time will you arrive at Stu...
Just easier for me to take the car from Livingston and get out at Mt vernon than dump it in town.
Often thought about the Old Zoo and what has become of it ..

Bugger, I'd love to do the old zoo but I'm busy this weekend. Any chance this would be repeated anytime?
