Work has started on the demolition of the Levern Water Hotel in Nitshill.
The work will take about 12 weeks due to the location and access difficulties.
These photos were provided by Glasgow City Council's Development & Regeneration Services.
I will post further photos of the demolition as it progresses.

I have a few more Hugo and will post them as the demolition progresses.
Some do not show the Levern in a good light but worth noting the condition it was left in when it was sold.

Snooker table looks like it could fetch a good few quid.... pool tables maybe if all the parts are together. Even the tables and chairs.... get a salvage team in

The place was cleared out months ago.
Nothing left and if there was the demolition squad will have either dumped it or salvaged it themselves.
