Im having bother finding a photo of the inside of this building at Craigpark in Dennistoun, the handsome building still stands, now a Snooker Hall. but until the mid 90s it was a private swimming club.  It also had the name on the front but has now been removed, Id love to see a photo when it had the name.

I was in this building as a Bistro whilst still at school which would put it around the 85 before it was the bistro it was a private club as I was also in there when that closed. "Slightly adventurous adolecence."
The Masters opened before 1990 if i remember rightly but I will need to check on that with a member.

Pretty sure the original facade is still there and i think i might be able to provide a photo as i was at a wedding there when it first opened as a snooker/function hall.
Will have to dig around in the old albums looking for the 110 spooled images

I remember the big turkish cabinets when we were in as a kid but can honestly swear to never seeing a swimming hole.
It was always the place in Dennistoun to see Jaguars and Rolls Royce' when they were far from the norm back when it was the Gentlemans Club ... If i remember rightly there was the name of the Club also on the Gable at the garage.

I'm sure it became the Masters before 1990 too. It was definitely the Masters by 91/92 as my pal Davie used to dog school to play snooker practically every day.
The words DENNISTOUN BATHS were painted in large white letters on the gable end facing towards the Parade.
