Can anyone recommend basic website creation software. I have a copy of Microsoft expression which is a bit too complex for me. I plan on doing a simple home page for my son as I have just registered a domain name for him.
There is lots of stuff on the web but it would be helpful if someone could suggest something they have used.
Cheers

Do you have MS Office? It should have MS FrontPage, which I've always found
very easy to follow for basic HTML stuff.

Probably. My advice would be to put everything in tables. Tables can fit inside
tables - it helps keep everything aligned better. Also, preview it in both IE and Firefox
(or other non-IE browser first) cos it will rarely appear exactly the same in different
browsers.

I have Office 2007. MS has long since dropped support for Frontpage but I do have a copy lying about somewhere.
I will have a play with publisher as that is included with Office 2007.
