As you may have noticed, the adverts on the forum have returned. This time
last year, users of the forum kindly paid for their removal. Now, it's time to decide
if we want to do so again. The quote below explains what we have to do to remove
the adverts, namely it will cost £37.27. There's some money still left from last
years whip-round.

Remove all advertisements and other footer text from a myff forum for 12 months. Just 10p a day!

Please leave a note when paying giving the full forum link such as myforum.myfreeforum.org

£37.27 (Includes £6.21 sales tax)

22 February 2011

Paid - £2 (£26)
---------
norrie
james73
Discominer
streapadair
doog doog
fastnet
AlanM
3rd-of-6
me
cybers
nellienaeneck
rotten milk
steviem
Doorstop
xxx zos xxx

Paid - £xx (£25)
----------
Beano £10
Hollowhorn £10
jock58 £5

I make that 51 - 38 = £13.

So, £13 is still in the float, meaning we'd need another £25 to get rid of the adverts.

If you are interested in contibuting, please indicate in this thread. Beano, Hollowhorn
and jock58 made bigger contributions and I would not expect them to add to float
at this time.

We did this before, mostly, via PayPal, and we discovered that sending £2 to me
resulted in 27p being taken off the total. So I'd suggest £2.30 per person.

I'll contribute that amount myself meaning we now need another 10 people to
match that amount.

Cheers
The Urban Glasgow team

I'll definitely pitch in, but paypal doesn't like me. Any other ways?

*edit* I'll give paypal a bash again in the morning. My computer actually discriminates against me!

Count me in James.

Remember if you donate as a gift then you get the full amount although the payer pays a little extra.......Probably 27 pence.

I think I've sent a reply via PM
However, if you can direct us how to make such payment on my return on Saturday night, I'll happily contribute.
