In response to the smoky debate yes tey are full of bones but i find if you dont eat those then you will be fine...
On a lighter not they are good bad indifferent for you depending on which EU directive has been published this week.
Personally i love em hot, cold or personal fav stripped from the bone done in a light pastry with just a hint of malt whisky... About a half bottle should do it.

Oh i bought some of course! had them with mash and peas, it was great. Only thing was the cats smelt it, and they had to have one between them. They didn't seem to care about the bones though!
