Was back here today, for about the first time since I visited it 25 years ago. Then it was still pretty much intact, having only recently been on fire, but the ensuing time period has meant that it is in a pretty grim state nowadays. Certainly the massive wall collapse at the back hasn't done it any favours.

Hi Marblez, I remember that being a venue for music, banquets, a long time ago, late 60s/70s?

Good shots

It was some sort of Jacobean restaurant then ... it caught fire one night in the 1980's and has been slowly falling apart ever since

Sometimes I like to mess about with an image, this started off as a basic HDR but then I decided to throw some cross-processing into the mix and to be fair I quite like the results

Hi Marblez, what a shame that this building has been left to rot
Was it set alight some time ago?
