Forth Bridges...

As well as the road bridge under construction, i love the 2 tone car at the very bottom, anyone know what it is...?

LowLight

What an amazing shot. No idea what the car is.
Becky

I really liked that shot. In my early teens I crossed it almost every weekend. Can't help you with the car, I'll ask my other half later. To me all cars with fins from that era look like zodiacs! *hopeless* :)

Peace.

Sticking my neck out but is it a vauxhall Cresta?

As Billy Connelly says in his world tour of Scotland. One is the Forth road bridge, the other is just the Forth Bridge.

Peace.

He also described it as Scotlands Eiffel Tower.

Hi james,

I'm sure you'll agree that this particular subject deserves more than just pictures, so if it's ok, i have done the honours, and will post in small threads at a time...the story of the Forth Bridge.

Part One...

James
