Where is the fountain? (in the closing seconds of the film)

Thats looks like the they have spliced film from the two large fountains together.

The main one is the Stewart Memorial Fountain in Kelvingrove Park and they have taken part of a film from the Doulton Fountain in Glasgow Green.

Thanks for that. Never been in Kelvingrove Park, though  been past it on Dumbarton Road manys a time; but can't recall having seen a fountain there. Been on Glasgow Green and in the Peoples Palace, but no recollection of seeing one there either. Will check both out though, especially the Doulton, very impressive.
