Davie WTF happened
cybers

Got hit from behind on the M74 with an articulated lorry just outside Larkhall this morning I was kinda ragdolled around the cab with my seatbelt, Broke the seat hit the steering wheel, the dashboard for want of a better description exploded and the radio hit me in the face Was taken out the van on a spinal board and whisked to Wishaw General where they poked and prodded me all day and stuck me in a few machines to make sure i was still as mad as before I was hit.

Neck, Shoulder, Lower back, arm and ribs all buggered. Headache from hell and what you cant see in the picture is the bruising to my face on the left hand side and the cut on my forehead (Superficial)

O U C H !! Hope you're OK mate, I assume you've been kept in for "observation"

Thanks Sputnik,

The pain today makes yesterday feel like i was in the best of health, We now have the seatbelt bruising and a nice green tinge to the skin on my eye where the radio hit me. The phone calls and texts have been keeping me sane as I am not allowed to go to work.

Had a quick word with my boss and got the niceties out of the way then had a wee personal chat where the bastard made me laugh and all hell broke loose He was laughing I was laughing only difference was I had tears and trying to stop. Then he said the most profound thing i have ever heard.

I take it it hurts when you laugh

He is an evil man but a brilliant boss.

John:
Your a pure basturt BTW though when you turned your leg into a piano I was on the case... Its all swings and roundabouts.

Ben: dunno about the mess of the van as i was boarded out of it so never seen it. Dare say RMSS have photos of it which in time i will probably get to see.

Just seen this thread, cybers , good time to be off work but thats a bit extreme
Joking aside, glad that you got out in one piece, dont rush back to work, you get all your thanks in the one basket, you had a lucky escape

The van? who cares

Mind and take photos of the various stages of your bruising
