Humble request for old photo of Windsor Terrace

Hi. I'm new here and desperately looking for a photo of the old tenement that was Windsor Terrace in the West End of Glasgow. It's my mum's 80th very soon and she grew up in the building. I had hoped to include it in a present I planned to make about her life but can't find anything either in her own photos or online. I guess it was demolished long ago.

Hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.

Type this into Google maps to view, buildings still standing.

Beano. Thanks very much. Have I confused things, however? My mum's street was next to North Woodside Road, and there's still a Windsor Terrace there. Is the photo you linked to for the Kelvinside Windsor Terrace or for the Maryhill one? Do you know?

I've seen that one on VM before and I just can't get my head round it being Windsor Terrace in Maryhill. The hill in the foreground just doesn't make sense to me. I've heard that a few photos on VM may have been incorrectly labelled and I've always suspected this is one of them.

Hi Vinny, the photo of the building on VM is definitely Windsor terrace later (Kirklee terrace) as for the one in Maryhill I can't find anything other than it being on OS map 1892-94 and Google street view

Fairy nuff! The street is correctly labelled, but the area isn't! I knew it didn't make sense. :)

thanks for your efforts. I gather it was a fairly nice old style tenement but never seen a photo.
