Lincoln Avenue, Knightswood - Flats

I know that Lincoln Avenue Flats in Knightswood are currently under modernisation through external cladding.  I also know that the two blocks that are nearest Knightswood Park are earmarked for demolition instead of being modernised like the rest.  Does anyone know when the demolition will take place?
derelictglasgow

no idea when, but i go past here regular so as soon as there's any demo action i'll post it on the forum.
Meanwhile here's a bit of the activity up the hill from a few years ago when two identical blocks went in a six month long block by block knockdown:

The Lincoln Avenue blocks are still inhabited so it will be quite a while, although blowing them up with some of the residents still inside would improve the area no end.

What is the future of the two unrefurbished blocks?  All five of the blocks still stand nice and tall.

The unrefurbished blocks are to be demolished. Still inhabitted at the moment but the residents were informed of the intention to demolish over a year ago.

So that means they have to move somewhere else without any support?
fastnet

No....It means they wil be given another house before the demolition.

What is to happen to the two unrefurbished blocks in the similar Kingsway Court?

Barriers being put up round them just now. . Nibbler on end of 67 metre high jib will be used to bring them down.
I'd think that the wee Health Centre between the two of them will have to be closed during the demolition. It's going to be a bit dusty round about there for a while

Went past what I think is Kingsway Court,  One building was definitely fenced off and under demolition.  Unfortunately I never thought of taking a photograph of it.

The Kingsway Court block on the corner of Kingsway Court and Larchfield Place has about half of it's windows out now, power is still on. The other block is still open.
