Useless Traffic & Street Signs

They're all over, and the one in my street is annoying the hell out of me. Although even if moved back around to actually face the drivers and not the back of Bellahouston Academy, drivers would probably still ignore it and race all the way through my access only street.  

Can I have speed bumps for Christmas, please?

No use for drivers in order to see this sign I had to stand on the oposite side of the road.

Anybody got the number for Claims-Direct..
Somebody has nicked 2 bollards and left gaping holes just the right size for a twisted ankle.
And in a School zone no less.
