Linn Park

Before i got researching I thought i'd save a bit of time & ask.

In Linn Park taking nature trail from snuff mill bridge, you eventually come to steel gates (blocked) which lead to down to river. There is evidence of old buildings anybody know what they were for? My best guess would be its old paper mill but could be wrong in that assumption.

What the fook is this for???

ps at edge of this building is really wierd water feature. Stu took video so maybe post later

It is the old mill that's down there. Not entirely sure if it was a paper mill although the name of the nearby bridge may give you the answer.

There's a thread on another forum about it as there was a wee visit and there should also be some past presents there as well.

This thread just made me wonder ... where does the name Linn come from?
