Upper Floor of People's Palace ClosedI had a chat with one of the workers and they told me that the floorboards were warping. They are worried someone might trip.
Bit of a shame as I was looking forward to having a wander round for the millionth time.

Was told they were moving exhibits...
It was also curious that parts of Scotland Street School were closed to the public too.
