Old Strathclyde Regional Council site in India StreetPerhaps I pass by at the wrong times, but there doesn't seem to be a lot happening on that site of late.
What's the plan ?

What did you read on the Future Glasgow site GK?
The developer has plans to build a tower on the site. I understand there has been a delay in starting the work.
