The Loch Long photo was taken from Eilean Donan... the bridge carries the A87 across the mouth of the loch! |

Loch Longs miles away that's the road bridge between Shiel Bridge and Inverinate on Loch Duich. And welcome to Urban Glasgow Bruce and Linda

Sorry Fjord, but I've gotta totally disagree with you... the bridge in the photo is the one that crosses the mouth of Loch Long at Dornie; the photo was definitely taken from Eilean Donan! | ||||

I stand corrected I was getting the Dornie one mixed up with the causeway further down the road. I've just learned something new about Scotland cheers Bruce

wee minx, I didn't think of the idea originally... it was part of the old Undiscovered Scotland forum that I was a member of a few years ago; I just adopted the idea on my forum* when it was suggested by one of the members there (who also happened to be on the Undiscovered Scotland forum!)
* No doubt Linda will have something to say about that!
