I picked up a dozen bottles of M&S 'Organic Scottish Ale'' at 50p a whip. It says on the label that the bottles should be stored upright and when pouring, for a clear pint, to leave a little liquid at the bottom of the bottle to hold the sediment.
My fridge has little room for that so I stored them lying down & anyway I did not want to wait for the sediment to settle. I had half of them last night with no ill effects, starting on the other half tonight I noticed:

Do you think that swallying this will do me any harm? Bit late to seek advice I know but it's just of general interest.

I love a cup of Earl Gray every morning

The past few weeks I've been mostly drinking Kronenberg Lager from the chilled cabinet on the beach and in the evenings Côtes du Rhône was the order of the day.
When I headed up towards Belgium it was mostly beers of course
