Sir William Arrol & Co Ltd Crane Sign - can anyone help?

Hi Folks

Sir William Arrol & Co Ltd Crane Sign - can anyone help?

I have e mailed archives@glasgowlife.org.uk to see if they have any info on the job number however, at this time no reply.
So I was wondering if anyone on here could help with any more info on this sign - it has a job number and so I was wondering what and where the crane was ?
Thank you for reading

If it has a job number I would lean more towards a bridge mechanism and the weight it lifts. The Queensferry Or Jubilee Bridge in Wales was built in 1926 and was a bascule design which would fit. But without being able to marry the bridge to the number it's just a stab in the dark.

I found this on the web

1926 Received an order for twenty-one "Arrol-Whitaker" electric power navvies for excavatin work. It is believed that this is the largest single order ever placed for electric shovels
