I remember the shop but I would be fibbing if I said I minded being in it... Was that not still there into the early 90's ?

To be honest cybers I dont remember it later on at all, maybe it had become a different type of shop... in fact I was never in that street much at all .. so dont know when it closed... was like on levels with balconies with a big skylight on the roof type thing..wonder if any photos of the interior around..    Found this , have a look...   http://www.housefraserarchive.ac.uk/company/?id=c0712

I used to use a wee record swap shop that was across the road and have the vaguest of memories of it still around then. Alas it might turn out to be one like Krazy House ... People mind it but never inside it.

was thinking about St Enoch square the other day , and how its changed, no for the better, shameful pulling down that hotel... but do you remember the shops under it... I always remember the Ireland travel shop there...
