The Glasgow Granary

Here's one i need help on especially the more experienced URBEX-ers....

One of my dads neighbours was talking about the granary today, and mentioned a hole in one of the walls that was shaped like a black cross, which supposedly was to let firemen in and out the building, she remembered being told it was there as a man had committed suicide from the building years before.

Have any of you knowledge of this and/or a picture of it so i can let her know more. I reckon it was either the 1914 or 1937 building as she in in her 70s now, (still fully compis-mentis, so she wasnt havering).

Hole in the wall.... shaped like a BLACK cross?

Is there a difference in basic cross design as you pass through the colour spectrum?

Dunno anything about it, mustve been a sorta folk tale thingy that was used to scare kids...bit like the old railway tunnel in thornwood or the 'haunted' house up in broomhill in the 70s (was a hostel and then owned by SSEB before it got set on fire)
