Very old pictures of Former Broompark Nursery, Dennistoun?

We're trying to find pictures of what was the Nursery at 7 Broompark Circus, Dennistoun, particularly ones that show the original conservatory/orangery on the site of the bunker put up in its place on the south west corner of the building. Expect these would need to be 1940's or earlier. A search at the Mitchell has not turn up anything, nor any documenation or orginal architectural drawings. Any suggests or offers appreciated.
calamity is this any use , Ill keep looking..

Would be good if this building was restored back to a private dwelling in its original style.   Some of these buildings in Dennistoun have gone to rack and ruin.   Damn shame.

Thanks calamity. Have already got that doc - also managed to trace all the owners of the building using the telephone directories at the Mitchell. It is really photos showing the conservatory/orangery that we're interested in - the buildings at risk listing mentions an old photo that was held at the nursery but that seems to have disappeared. Also no orginal architectural drawings anywhere - again would be useful as would show the conservatory/orangery. What does show it is the 1896 25 inch OS map available on the NLS website - not much detail though.

Well there's a thought Fat Cat .... Forum Index -> Glasgow From The Past
