Some great photos there which make me very (second) home sick. Family have had a caravan in St. Andrew's for over forty years, as my father was a teacher we spent every Glasgow Fair and sometimes the whole summer holiday in the Kingdom as well as every other weekend. Currently living in England but try and get to St. Andrew's for some of the fair fortnight. I was recently looking at houses in the East Neuk wondering what I could afford if I was made redundant or my Premium bonds come up. I was in Poole, Dorset in August and went into a shop and pointed to a painting on the wall and quizzed my ten year old daughter "look at the architecture in that painting, do you know where it is?" she had been listening the previous month when I was telling her about the distinctive stepped gables as she tentatively replied "Fife".
Some great memories of Step Rock swimming pool at St. Andrew's or driving down  to lower largo when we where older and having a pint and swimming off the pier before it was wasted by the extension of the hotel.

I slipped on the edge further up the hill from there and almost took the express elevator straight into the hotel croquet lawn.
