Nice pics mrsam. I had 20-odd minutes to kill and went for a wander around the
station and was left scratching my head wondering where platform 1 was. Only
found out later it's gone now.
Wonder why they never renumber the platforms in these situations?

amen, platform 1 is now the posh carpark (you can still see the platform edge) and for years had an oil tanker parked on it.
I regret never getting a pic of the old wh smiths booth thing as nit was unique.
bet there is hidden bits to the place

renumbering the platform would only confuse the natives _________________ Now coming at you with 95% more significance, 1% less salt and virtually fat free!

Thanks Alex... they are some of the better stitched shots, I have loads more that didn't work out at all (tho some of the individual shots are still worth keeping!) _________________ Scotland from the Roadside... a journey round Scotland! |
