Took a wee trip to the model rail exhibition on Saturday. The detail on some of the displays was breathtaking.

This was just stunning, and for sale too.

My grandson's favourite as it had Thomas the tank engine characters and he had a go at controlling the trains.

The guy I was with noticed this on one of the displays. Its hidden below a tree in the corner of the display. The guy is pulling his breeks down and she's undoing her dress

I could have spent hours in there.

Stan

Spent a couple of hours at it yesterday which was not enough time.

Spent to much time looking at the layouts in hall 5 and only had a short time left for the layouts in hall 3.

Also didnt get near any of the trade stands which is maybe a good thing meaning i didnt spend any money buying things.

The detail of some of the layouts were simply stunning. Always had an affinity for model railways, although my other half has refused me permission to set up one in the garden

I have a few more photos which I will post either here or on other threads.

There is a lot of hard work and effort on all the displays and the detail is outstanding
