Testicle check went down with no drama .. epididymal cyst .. has no chance of turning into anything nasty so all's good.
Had a laugh with the Doctor when she told me there was no need for surgery to remove the offending scrotumnial invader until it's the size of an egg.

Fortunately there is a better than evens chance that it will be absorbed rather than enlarge so I've no plans to call Guinness Book of Records yet.
Knee surgery went as well as can be expected, fair bit of scar tissue removed along with some technical trimming of cartilage leaving me with a swollen knee with a teeny tiny puncture wound either side.
Quite a lot of discomfort and it's bastard difficult to move about but I'll tell you what .. the pain killers are fuckin' tremendous!

Nope .. well she might have but those latex gloves always feel sort of warm anyway so I didn't notice.
And she was a right stern looking, hatchet faced South African woman with that gutteral, stacato accent of theirs .. I was a bit worried she was some sort of militant lesbian out on a 'bits safari'.
