Just to tie things up, the building with the rooflights contained the subway platforms (the line crosses under Eglinton St. at 45), while part of the Coliseum is on the right.

Here was the scene just 3 years before.

The shed-type building with skylights was the roof of the subway station.

Here's a photo of Bridge Street Subway Station in mid-60s.

That photo was taken in August, the tenement, all but the station, was gone by December.
