Bells Bridge is CLOSED!!!!

Closed until the end of March for resurfacing work. It's about time they did that as it was starting to rust and some of the grip had worn off.

Sometimes I really dont understand the mentality of people in this city. Bells bridge is closed for some vital work, which is yet to start. They've closed and chained the gates and placed Heras fencing across it. But some ignorant and/or stupid idiot has pulled back the fence and snapped the chains! Why??? There is 2 bridges within a stone-throw that would add barely a minute onto anyones route.
