Sorry Cybers I should always avoid responding to issues like this. I do have a tendency to take it personal when I know its not.
Sometimes with all the negative views about things that involve the City Council I jump on that high horse and usually fall off.
I hope we don't disapoint you. Sometimes you just have to wait to see the finished article before you get an idea of the size and how adaptable it is.
Again sorry for getting heavy.
Cybers if to would like to come out to Nitshill to see the Museum Resource Centre I would he happy to arrange a visit for you. I am sure you will be surprised at the size of this building. _________________ I had a dream today

It will be on the move again soon.
It is being moved to Nitshill so that the restoration work can begin.
Any guesses who is one of the councillors for Nitshill? _________________ I had a dream today

Maybe I should have used that name instead of my own.
Has a ring to it as long as no one ads an F at the start. _________________ I had a dream today

Thank you for your very kind offer Alex but as i am rarely in glasgow weekdays except for work these days i will have to decline.
Like i said in the flesh i dare say i might be swayed Little models and drawings never really account for what they are meant to represent.
As for you getting on a high horse about swipes at the council Would the people whom you represent expect anything less.
I have seen threads where you have taken the criticism on the chin when you thought it was deserved.
I have also seen you right wrongs and provide answers for those who have been or felt they might have been wronged.
Do you want a seat on West Lothian Council as i think Kermit and Fozzy bear out here have lost the plot ....
We seem to be living with the Jim Henson's idea of a council backed up with the dozzers from Fraggle Rock to do the construction work they approve ... Residents PAH why do we have them seems to be the attitude. Biggest custom built town centre shoppin experience in scotland but we might have forgotton something... Oh thats right parking or a decent public transport infrastructure...
Think i might move back to Glasgow !!! _________________ MY FLICKR

At least the car parking at Livingston is free. Come to East Kilbride where it is 50p for a hour in the centre, so if you want to visit the library it costs. |
