Agri licence for these little baby's Restricted to 18 miles a day but who checks. Classed as a Scooter though this is about to change in the new year i hear because of the rising number of accidents from drivers without Licences as you do not even need a BCT to ride one...
400cc and above can be made road legal and still you dont even need a full licence to ride. Again about to change in the new year though these will make it past the single use approval test you will need either a full car or bike licence to ride on the public roads. _________________ MY FLICKR

I did indeed.... I went one evening but it was dark and I was on the only ferry without a hurricane deck. Went back on it on sunday morning and got some crackin pics of Lady Liberty in the sun (coming soon)
The ferry is free... it is subsidised by the department of transport since there is no subway to Staton Island. And according to one tour guide, it used to cost a quarter until they worked out that it was more expensive to maintain the turnstiles, so they made it free.
*edit* Upto 4 run at peak times but they have at least 8 in total with the off duty ones docked at Staton Island. Two an hour normally with 1 an hour at night... I think they run the smallest one during the night. Most of them have a capacity of about 4000 people! _________________ Now coming at you with 95% more significance, 1% less salt and virtually fat free!
