You'll be waiting a long time then  

Top Tip:  All you do is make a copy of the pic and then use the blur tool in Photoshop (looks like a tear drop in the tools menu) It's piss easy... I'll be checking back in an hour and I'd better see some results or else

I had no idea how to do it either..so I searched for tutorials on the web.
I searched for tutorials for photoshop users.

Here is one i practiced from:-

Pretty much all the tutorials I checked out follow the same process. The only difference is that I did not boost the saturation of the whole photo...I just selected and feathered the object I wanted and boosted that.

If you want any help..I'm happy too help you   ..just PM me..but there are others here who have been doing it much longer than me and have more experience with it.
