It got me wondering apart from Texan bars what other re-release swedgers might be out there....

The Drake Cafe at the roundabout in castlemilk does Chelsea Whoppers and some others that my guy new but I didnt recognise.

Dark Chocolate Bounty is out again - I hadn't seen it for years and now its everywhere.

I have just realised why I am a wee buttered roll! all you big suppers out there better be kind to me.

Quite a few places sell what claims to be Chelsea Whoppers but there are just an approximation to the original. The original maker took the receipe to his grave

They reintroduced them a couple of years ago but I think they only make Pickled Onion and Flaming Hot these days.

I wish they would bring back my favourites made by Tudor they were Curry, Gammon, Fried Onion those were the best flavours but don't bother with Lamb & Mint Sauce they were rank rotten

There is a shop at Hardgate Roundabout that sells all the repro stuff, the penny tray is now the 10 pence tray...whoppers, flying saucers, white mice, pink prawns bloody skulls  etc
