Sorry not everyone could get to see the inside of the Tollbooth.

I take full responsibility for setting the limit and it was set high so that as many as possible could be included. There will be other chances and hopefully everyone will get the opportunity to be involved. Maybe even another visit to the Tollbooth if it is possible to get access.

As for the need to post photos. The people who give their time to accommodate such visits appreciate seeing the results. It is a small price to pay and is what makes sites like Urban Glasgow interesting. If anyone gets to go on any other visit they need to be willing to post photos otherwise they don't get to go. It is as simple as that.

These visits are free. The minimum is five photos but you can post more if you like and you will still have lots more that you can keep to yourself.

Sorry to be blunt.

It is annoying when someone has went to all the bother to arrange such a visit and no one wants to share some of the many photos that will have been taken. It also allows other people to see the inside of places they may never gain access to.

So as Fjord said lets "Share the Wealth"

I finally got my PC working again after 2 weeks! Anyway, here is a video of my first walk up the Tolbooth stairs to get us all started. Photos to follow.

Thanks. It was taken on a wee compact camera I bought for my wife.

This really was such an exciting visit. I still haven't recovered.
