| Isn't the slightly duller brown and cream not a scheme of one of the old Scottish railway companies prior to the government inspired 1922 amalgamation? It's not very inspiring and the orange was a lot blighter. Mind you I never heard the clockwork orange thing ever mentioned by anyone I knew regarding the subway. The PTE granted trains in the same livery are equally dull at least the Scottish 1st colour scheme is attractive? |

Are you by any chance thinking of this?
GWR coaching livery from pre grouping days.
