AN ICONIC picture by one of Glasgow's most famous photographers has been recreated as a permanent piece of street art.
Oscar Marzaroli's vibrant black and white picture, which shows three wee boys from the Gorbals playing in their mothers' high-heeled shoes, was translated into sculpture by city artist Liz Peden.
And, thanks to the artwork, three more Gorbals youngsters will become part of Glasgow's visual history and part of the city's newest tourist attraction.

Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfils the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things. |

My partner Diane took them Alex, She was standing just around to your left.
She's not in the video but she is midway through pregnancy and was wearing a dayglow orange bodywarmer.
Do due to her fabulous taste I'm surprised you missed her.
Great video's Alex, Well done!
P.s That woman don't half go one does she.............. _________________ My Photo's

I will need to have a look at all the photos taken on the day to see if I have one of her.
I also had a colleague taking photos at the event so I will have a look at these photos as well. I am sure I will find one
It was a bit drawn out but I think it worked well over two videos. One of the official film crew kept standing in front of me. Either he was jealous that I managed too choose a better location than him ore he was just a prat. I think the latter but you never know _________________ I had a dream today
