I suppose the up side to the credit crunch is these buildings might survive a bit longer

IIRC It's Church Street school and that derelict bit was the swimming pool.

The Subway Power House on Scotland St. No doubt this will be gone soon  The original windows & doorway were boarded up some time ago.
