Ooops, just realised I've missed out a page.

Gorbals

Cumberland St., S side at Eglinton St. September 1973

Cumberland St., N side at Eglinton St. September 1973

Devon St.  October 1973

Bedford Lane. December 1975

Two fairly random shots from what used to be Warwick St. The first one shows the back of the Great Synagogue in South Portland St., the pilastered block in Norfolk St. which is still there, and a stretch of Oxford St. which isn't.
The second shows the back of the Coliseum, what was left of the tenement block at the corner of Eglinton St. and Herbertson St., and again the Synagogue. April 1973

Another one of the Great Synagogue. April 1973

Hospital St, a looser crop of a shot I've already posted. The modern road from Cathcart Rd to the Saltmarket passes within a few yards of the railway arches on the left. April 1973

From Thistle St, a sort of reverse view of the corner of Hospital St (Pearl Bloch's grocery and the Turf Bar) and  Rutherglen Rd (the back of one of the City Improvement Trust's tenements ). March 1973

I have a date for this one, 6/12/75, but, sloppily, no location. The preceding frame on the film was taken in Rutherglen Rd at Hospital St., and the following one is of the St Mungo's Halls in Ballater St. (both already posted), so the implication is that this very derelict, but once quite smart, building was somewhere in between, or at least in the general vicinity. The last occupiers were a fancy goods cash'n'carry which moved to 20 Stockwell Place.

Buchan St. at Oxford St.  May 1974

Carlton Place from Victoria Bridge. March 1973

Two more really scabby negs from the 1960s that have turned up.

Western Union cricket at Titwood, just what you've all been waiting for I'm sure.
