The event starts at 10.00 with the Family and Friends Race, followed by the Adult Race at 11.30. Entry fee gets you a T-shirt and a medal. Don’t worry if this is your first event of if you have young children or are worried about your fitness; The event has been designed so that everyone can take part and feel better and fitter as a result.
